As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting not just on what we’ve accomplished but also on the exciting possibilities for the future of healthcare. Medicine is constantly evolving—driven by the experiences we gain, the collaborations we foster, and the deepening understanding of how to provide holistic patient care.

I am deeply grateful to all the patients, families, colleagues, and partners who placed their trust in me and the organizations that make up this meaningful network. This year has reaffirmed my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, a principle that continues to guide every aspect of my work.

James C. Wittig, MD, orthopedic oncologist and healthcare leader focused on patient-centered medicine

2025 has been a year of building deeper connections with patients and refining our approach to musculoskeletal oncology and orthopedic oncology. Each patient interaction serves as a reminder that listening, clarity, and trust are the foundations of true healing.

Mandala Medical Group (MMG) remains a cornerstone of this ecosystem. As a mission-driven network, MMG is dedicated to improving global patient health, wellness, and longevity. MMG represents a growing team of like-minded professionals, passionate about delivering comprehensive and compassionate care. The progress we’ve made this year in refining our healthcare leadership, increasing our global reach, and expanding services sets the stage for an exciting 2026.

Through Orthopedic Oncology (OO) and the Tumor Surgery Network (TS), we’ve made significant strides in expanding patient education and ensuring access to accurate information about musculoskeletal tumors. These platforms are designed to help patients and their families navigate complex diagnoses with clarity, confidence, and the best possible care options. In 2026, we aim to continue enhancing these resources and increasing our collaborative efforts across the oncology community.

Wittig Wellness (WW) has also seen exciting developments in 2025. We are shifting the focus from a disease-centered model to one that emphasizes prevention, nervous system regulation, movement, and resilience. Our functional wellness services are growing, and in 2026 we plan to further integrate them with traditional medical care to promote a comprehensive approach to long-term health.

I remain committed to the work we do with the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of New Jersey (PCFNJ) and excited about rolling out three programs – family support, educational grants, and arts and equine and comfort animal therapy. The families and children affected by cancer inspire me daily. Their courage reinforces the importance of integrating compassion into everything we do.

As we look ahead to 2026, I am filled with optimism. We are entering a phase of intentional growth and expansion, with new service offerings, educational programs, and more integrative care models on the horizon. We will continue to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and holistic care, offering more ways to support patients across every stage of their health journey.

I encourage you to stay engaged and keep an eye out for the exciting developments coming soon. We are eager to share the progress we’re making as we move forward into a new year.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Jim
